Bart Denlinger puts his 15 years of construction experience into every project he starts. Bart is a longtime Troy area resident, having lived in Miami County since 1982. He's a past president of the Home Builders Association of Miami County and continues to be active in promoting building excellence. Bart is also very involved in the local community through a variety of civic, sports, and charitable organizations.

Ben Denlinger
Vice President/Project Manager
Ben started in the construction world by working for a framing crew at the age of fifteen. He worked summers and winters in the construction industry when not in school. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science and served in the Army Reserve for eight years. After working for Woolpert, Inc. for two years as a geospatial analyst and surveyor, Ben decided to join the family business again as project manager for Denlinger and Sons and has served in this role for two years. Ben and his fiancée Meghan currently own a home in Troy’s historic district.

Denlinger and Sons Builders did such a good job building our home, that when we needed some home projects done we decided to use Denlinger Construction Services. After sharing what we wanted to accomplish with our projects, they gave us lots of options and ideas. We were very impressed with how quickly they completed our projects and on the reasonable price. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and efficient. Our new fireplace and TV built-in cabinet looks better than what we had in mind. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with our home.
